Summer Chakra Reset! A 5-day mind/body cleanse!
Join Kavita for a 5 day reset combining a gentle kitchadi or whole foods cleanse with daily mantra to awaken the subtle energy system of the body. Chakra mantras will be taught and recordings will be provided to listen to each day.
Recipes and support for the cleanse, suggested meditations and practices and other helpful information along with the companionship of the group will keep each one of us held in a container that allows for a deep reset for the Summer season. Each individual will choose their personal plan for these days.
Modeled from Kavita’s work with her teacher Sri Shyamji Bhatnagar and his in-depth 3 body purification protocols, these gentle seasonal resets allow for us to more fully step into our practices as the Apana Vayu (down and out flow of energy in the body) is encouraged to drop into the lower centers where it belongs. Results include clearer thinking, more productivity, improved sleep and relationships with others and more time and space for all you would like to create in your life!
Introductory session w/Kavita: Sunday July 13th 9-10 am
Cleanse sessions : Mon-Fri July 14-18th (online) 5:30am-7 beginning with silent meditation. You are welcome to come for any of the live-stream session as your schedule allows.
All times Pacific. All sessions will be recorded and sent out + including additional links with mantra for daily listening.
