Sound Sanctuary Mentorship Terms & Conditions

1. Commitment

This is a 12-month program. By enrolling, you commit to showing up with openness, consistency, and respect for yourself and the community. If you are beginning with a trial month your trial will end after 30 days or continue at the tier you enrolled with.

2. Payment

  • Payment is due in full at enrollment unless we’ve agreed on a payment plan.

  • Payment plans must be kept up to date. Late or missed payments may result in removal from the program.

  • You are responsible for the full cost of the program, including any remaining payments on a payment plan, even if you choose not to complete the program.

  • All payments are final and non-transferable.

3. Refunds

There are no refunds for any reason, including changes in your schedule, level of participation, or satisfaction with the program. In rare and extraordinary circumstances (serious illness, major life crisis), a deferral or partial refund may be offered at the sole discretion of Kavita Kat Macmillan d/b/a Sound Sanctuary Mentorship (hereinafter “Kavita”).

4. Confidentiality & Community

  • What’s shared in the group stays in the group. Respect the privacy of all members.

  • Breaches of confidentiality may result in immediate removal without refund.

  • All program materials are for your personal use only. Please don’t share or distribute them without permission.

  • Treat every member with respect and kindness. No promotions, solicitations, or disruptive behavior.

5. Intellectual Property

All teachings, recordings, and written materials are owned by Kavita, except for those that are sited as belonging to another. You may use them for your own learning but may not copy, share, or repurpose them.

6. Responsibility & Limits

  • Sound Sanctuary is an educational and creative coaching program. It is not therapy, medical treatment, or professional advice.

  • You are responsible for your own choices, well-being, and results.

  • Any intuitive or spiritual guidance is offered for personal growth and is not a substitute for professional services.

  • You waive all claims against Kavita, her agents and successors, arising out of your participation in Sound Sanctuary Mentorship.

7. Ending Participation

  • Kavita may end your membership if you violate these agreements or disrupt the community. No refunds will be given.

  • You may leave the program at any time, but all pending payments remain due and you remain bound by confidentiality.

8. Resolving Disputes

If concerns arise, bring them directly to Kavita first. If we can’t resolve them, any disputes will be settled by binding arbitration in Oregon.

9. Tech Requirements and Access

You are responsible for maintaining internet access and technology to participate. Your access ends when your 12-month program (or trial month) concludes.

10. Changes

Kavita may update these terms as needed, with notice. By continuing in the program, you agree to any updates.

11. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Oregon.
